Art & Soul Expo op Antwerp Art Week 2026

Art & Soul Expo at Antwerp Art Week 2026

Art & Soul – a successful look back at Antwerp Art Week

From May 14 to May 17, 2026, we participated in Antwerp Art Week with Art & Soul. At Beamstreet Studio, we presented a versatile group exhibition featuring paintings, sculptures, and lithographs by Belgian and international artists.

The premise was an encounter between established names and emerging talent, with a strong focus on contemporary art. Various generations and artistic styles came together in one space, creating a surprising and dynamic dialogue.

Work was on display by, among others, Francis Bacon, Roger Raveel, Pierre Alechinsky, Karel Appel, Christo, and Jan Fabre, alongside Herman Van den Broecke, Antoon Moors, Arthur Van De Velde, Cristina Esmorís Navarro, Beliaert, Elina Akbas, Amy Dury, Samuel De Maré, and Marie-Marthe Aerts.

A strong start

The vernissage on Wednesday, May 13, was an especially memorable moment. No fewer than 15 visitors came to Beamstreet Studio to discover Art & Soul. The high turnout created a lively and warm atmosphere, with many conversations about the works, the artists, and the different styles that converged in the exhibition.

Interest remained high throughout the following days as well. Visitors were able to explore the exhibition at their leisure, and there was plenty of opportunity to meet and talk with the artists and organizers.

Art, connection, and inspiration

Art & Soul was more than just a presentation of individual works. Above all, we wanted to create a place where art and connection come together. The combination of well-known names and new artists provided different perspectives and made the exhibition accessible to both experienced art lovers and visitors curious to discover new artists.

The energy of Antwerp Art Week added an extra dimension to this. Over these days, Antwerp became a meeting place for artists, collectors, enthusiasts, and professionals from the art world.

With the BORGER nocturne on Friday evening, the exhibition was also given an extra moment of ambiance and connection.

A wonderful retrospective

We look back on this first edition of Art & Soul with great satisfaction. The high level of interest during the vernissage, the many conversations, and the positive reactions to the exhibition made it a particularly successful participation in Antwerp Art Week.

A sincere thank you to all the artists, visitors, collectors, partners, and everyone who visited Art & Soul and helped make it a success.

Four days of art, connection, and inspiration in Antwerp — exactly what Art & Soul stood for.
